Termination of Service

I just terminated my service. The last two places I lived I could not get service. This time ATT told me to get a new phone, S8, and extend and they would send me a microcell free of charge. Wanting to stay with ATT I purchased the phone with $200 down. After the phone arrived i was then told the microcell would be an additional $200. ATT has become a disreputable company who think nothing of lying to customers. BEWARE.

Almost forgot. They won't cancel till 15th of next month but my sim is no longer registered. Squeezing the last drops out..

None of the other wireless carriers prorate the final month's bill. Did you try setting up WIFI calling instead of using a microcell?

@Fl_retire  Is correct.  You don't need a Microcell if you have the Samsung GS8.  It is wifi calling capable, all you have to do is turn it on and set up your E911 address on a phone.
