Sudden poor cell service

A few days ago, I went from getting 3-4 bars at home to one. At work, which is a short drive away I can get three and have no issues. But at home, it's so slow I can't watch anything, websites slowly load if they do at all, and it's very frustrating. I don't know if it's related, but our internet, which is also through at&t started to slow to a crawl the same day. My cell phone account is separate from the one the wifi is on, so I'm at a loss. Is there tower work being done? If this goes on, I'll have to cancel my service and switch to a different carrier because I do some work online on my phone. My zip is 75605.

Same issue...I have been an At&T customer for many years but I think it's time to find a new provider. I've always had an issue with slow internet/2 bars but today out of nowhere I tried to make a phone call and I received a message "No Mobile/Cellular Network available". I can't make or receive calls or texts. I restarted my phone, turned it off and on, At&T guy cleaned the "Cache" and nothing. Only way to use internet is through my neighbors Wifi. I pay A LOT of money to be having these kind of issues At&T! My zip is 76087.

Yesterday both my husband's phone and my phone lost AT&T network at home. We can't make phone calls - we get a message "Emergency Call Only". When I leave home, my phone picks up the network. Last night I discovered if I stand next to a window in my home, I can get the network, but as soon as I move away from there we lose it again. This is a big problem!! I reported it and today got a text saying it was investigated and no problem was found - Call 866.641.8544 but for three hours now I've gotten the message - "I'm sorry, this office is currently closed." One very frustrated AT&T Customer!

We live in West Tennessee. Spent almost 2 hours with ATT support trouble shooting spotty cell service. At times, it is almost impossible to have a phone conversation. Been customers of ATT for years and this is the worst! The tech wrote up a detailed ticket of what is going on and we got a message the next day saying they found no problems. Nothing resolved. I have talked to other customers in the area. They are experiencing the same thing.

I have AT&T for 25 years . All of a sudden I have no cell phone internet connection . All they say is tower is too far away? How can the tower be too far when the las 20 years it’s been in the same place ? Can you answer that AT&T??  Sick if existed and you don’t solve the issue

I've just experienced what you guys are talking about-- good service for years, and suddenly no service. At home, that is. I have good service elsewhere. Tried to contact AT&T, after waiting for 45 minutes, some foreign dude answered that didn't have a clue. C'mon, the least we could do is have a CS person that speaks English!!! Wish I could beat somebody....

Same thing, one day a week ago no good service, maybe 1bar 4G.. then normal for a week now 2 days no service. Other towers work because when I go to town it’s fine. What’s going on with the towers around 95918?

Service went to 1 bar 4G a week ago for a day. Now for the last 2 days same thing. I’m town then phone works. I’m at 95918, why isn’t the service that normally works great so poor?
