I have been patiently waiting for AT&T to explain the reason why I suddenly after being with them for over 10 years that I am experiencing very poor service since April 2019. In places where I had full bars I now have either 1 bar or nothing at all or the phone shows No Service. They say that nothing is down and all towers are in working order but honestly I don't believe it. I am not the only one who is experiencing this issue. I am in the 11787, 11717, 11754 zip code. I am looking to see if anyone is experiencing this as well and if there is an AT&T monitor, let me hear some feedback. The last there was a post about this I was informed that there was degrading cell towers and this was about 3 weeks ago and I was reassured that this was going to be fixed, but as of today nothing has changed.

We'd love to help with this. Completely power down your device for thirty seconds before turning it back on again. This should assist your device in making a fresh connection to the towers.
You can directly report dropped calls and connectivity issues with the AT&T Mark the Spot app. It can also keep you informed on known service issues and upcoming wireless infrastructure improvements.
Have a great week!

Powered down my phone and updated it and to no avail. I am still having major issues with dropped calls, lack of service, horrible phone reception, and extremely slow service. This is an AT&T issue. I have reported this on the Mark The Spot App and until this day nothing has changed or improved despite the app stating that it is fixed. I know many people who are experiencing this issue as well.......What is AT&T doing about this?

@momof02kidz I've had the same issues with dropped calls. As suggested, I've been reporting them via the mark the spot app. The only problem with that app is that regardless of what type of service issue you report, the response received will always indicate "we are aware of a technical issue in the area and are working to resolve it." I've also the service issues directly to AT&T's social media team where I have been able to open a network ticket.
What device do you have? I am experiencing service issues with the Galaxy S10+ and maybe it's just a coincidence, but once I switched to that phone from the Galaxy S8 is when I started having more service issues.

I have an Iphone 7 and so does the rest of my family and to this day the service is horrible since April 2019. I too use the Mark The Spot App and it says the same thing. I just can't understand how all of a sudden the majority of people who I speak to are having the same issue. The problem is everyone has unlimited data and the towers just can't handle it anymore is my thoughts.

I have an IPhone 7 Plus. I either have NO SERVICE or One Bar at my job (zip code 33765) since August 6th. I have gone through customer service with everything from making changes on my phone to AT&T refreshing my phone. The Web Site went from "It's us not you. We are having a maintenance issue" until a couple of days ago and now it says "There is an outage in your are with estimated date of repair SEPTEMBER 26TH. It is not just myself, there are at least two other employees that are having the same issue. None of us had the issue prior to this problem. WHAT'S GOING ON???? I pay too much a month for me to loose VERY IMPORTANT calls, including Dr's and Hospital calls for impending Surgery this Friday, 9/6.
