Started having TERRIBLE cell reception at home 76028

Had great iPhone reception for last 10 years.  Suddenly 2 days ago I’ve got 1/2 a bar of signal strength or “no service” on my phone.  Wondering if anyone else is suddenly having issues.

Does this issue only occur inside your home, or does it happen in other areas around your home as well? Once I have this information, I will know if it’s a device issue or tower issue. You can also report incidents like this using our Mark the Spot app.

I am also having issues receiving a signal the last two days. I have had great signal strength up until this problem. I have driven up and down the road and I still don't get a signal with either of my devices. It must be a tower issue.

I am also having terrible reception only at home and it started around the same time.   I don't see an answer on this form even though it say solved.

I started having the exact same issue a month ago and have been unable to get any help from att despite calling them twice and getting a new sim card. The problem only happens in my home.I get great service everywhere else.

Hello

For a few weeks now we have terrible phone and internet service not just in our home put in the entire 76679 zip code i hear other customers around our area having the same issue. Did we loose our tower?.....Any Help would be great.
