Spotty service since flood

Since the flood in our area last year, most of our area in the 70818 zip code has had spotty to no coverage.  I know the towers were taken out by the flood, but there seems to still be a problem.  We didn't have these coverage problems before last year.  Is anything being done at this time to remedy the problem?  Other carriers in our area are not having this problem, and we're considering changing companies if it is not fixed before my phone is paid for. After being with AT&T for many, many years, I'd prefer not to, but the service is out at my house a lot, and I'm not comfortable paying for that.  Please help if you can.
