Since January have been dealing with horrible network issues, horrible At&t service reps

I have over 200 screenshots of my phone dropping calls, not finding service, my google maps finding no server, pandora not playing music because it cannot connect to the network. At&t originally blamed apple, spent half the day at Apple and finally Apple said it was At&t's service and not the phones, but they gave me new iPhones just in case. At&t still will not take responsibility for the bad service, the dropped calls, which are happening all over San Antonio. The customer service agents are rude, I spend hours trying to get ahold of a supervisor, and once in awhile I do and then the call drops! No call back. I have had people tell me on such and such day I will receive a call from a supervisor, they have not called. I have never dealt with such disrespect and a failure to provide service not only in function but in the way they treat me, the customer with 8 phones through At&t's service. I pay my bill on time and have been a customer with At&t for years. I am ready to switch carriers and am totally sick and tired of this treatment. I drive all over San Antonio, TX for my job and I am getting bad service in so many supposed well covered areas. I have screenshots to prove that this coverage is a total joke. At&t treats customers like they're minuscule peasants and shows no concern for the ongoing troubles we have encountered using their service. Also, the hours and hours of time spent on the phone with "customer service ". Why should I pay for service that is only working about 30% of the time? And why should I pay money to a company that treats me and the other 7 people on my account like our claims aren't valid. At&t own up to your side of the street. It's not Apple!

Hello @Lordioust1399,

I’m so sorry to hear you are having service issues as well as trouble with our Customer Service.  I would be happy to help you with this today.

Many times the connection to the network just needs a refresh, you can do this by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Reset.  This will clear out any saved passwords.

If you are still experiencing issues, we offer a Troubleshoot & Resolve tool.  Make sure your phone’s make and model is selected, and then choose Phone Calls for the issue.

We also offer Mark the Spot app.  This app will help our engineers pinpoint issues.  You do not receive any feedback on the reports but the more reports we get the better we can improve the area.

If you need any additional assistance please let us know by replying in the thread. I hope you have a marvelous weekend!
