Signal Strengh, (Band switch)

HI, I work for a automotive parts store and inside the building I get very poor service, (all the metal) and I have noticed that when my phone drops down from 4G LTE to 4G, I get much better signal and bandwidth. Can you help me configure a APN to force my phone to lock to 4G (HSPA+ )

what phone do you have? You can turn LTE off on a iPhone and almost every android phone.
