Shared Tower Network Services like between AT&T and T-Mobile

Where I live I only receive AT&T service I have a T-Mobile Obamacare phone which when I'm at home or within 3 mile radius does not work no service how do I connect to an AT&T network which would be shared with T-Mobile my 9th and 10th digits on my SIM card are 6 and 5 they ask for 25-26- 27-28 mine is 65 is that compatible

What really sucks is I was an AT&T GoPhone customer for years and it's excellent. First I lost my job or no first I lost my knee then my job then my car and my truck then my bank account and credit score and finances my unemployment and any other income and last but not least my AT&T phone plan I now have an Obama Care phone which does not work within up to 3 miles of my house I'm wondering how I can get my phone to attach to an AT&T so Tower Network I put an APN in for the NXT gen phone network but my phone will not save it what do I do
