A good resource to check out is our coverage map. You can check by zip code, country, or landmark. This will show you which type of coverage is available in your area.
To resolve the issue, please visit our AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. This is an awesome resource, and is like having a tech support agent available 24 hours 7 days a week. All you need to do is select your phone by manufacturer and model, then scroll down and choose the issue. I am super excited about this tool and all the benefits it provides.
