Service in Myanmar

I live in Seattle where my service is best. I deactivated my service when I left on my trip to Southeast Asia. I am currently in Myanmar. I just reactivated my service from AT&T's online website. I received a confirmation that my service was reactivated. How can I contact AT&T about any of their special plans for calling internationally?
