Service gone
We went from having full bars all the time to no service at all about 80% of the time (zip code 18328). Who don't contact when service goes away? I want to let my community know if this is the service to expect going forward.

We have a great app you could benefit from; it is called Mark the Spot. Mark the Spot is an application that provides our customers a mean to provide feedback on their network-user experience to us. We utilize this information to better target network optimization and enhancements. Problems are then clustered together to highlight areas for investigation.
Also, we do have WiFi calling available, which I’d be happy to help you set up on the phone. Please view our Device Support Page and enter the make and model of your device for the steps.
