Report wireless service outage
How do I report a setvice outage? We had a big storm and were without power for 2 days and are sti without cell service.
The support pages only provide a phone number...and I cannot call to report an outage without cell service.

My mother Maria **she is 87 year old and I handle all her affairs. Her phone number is ** is not working along with her internet. When will this be resolved?
