Reception suddenly went bad
I work in the financial district of San Francisco, and for the past 18 months I've gotten good reception at my desk (4-5 bars consistently). Starting one week ago, I get one bar at all times. What gives?

I am so sorry to hear that you are not getting much reception at your desk! I know that must be frustrating, and I will be happy to help!
After checking our systems for the zip codes I found for Financial District, San Francisco I don’t see any wide spread outages. I do see a couple of towers that are under maintenance, so it is possible that may be causing this. What is your exact zip code so that we can search that more directly?
Is this happening with other phones using AT&T as well or just yours? If this is just your phone specifically, it may be a phone issue (antenna, hardware or software). Check out our AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool! After selecting your make and model, it will give you a variety of issues to choose from.
Also, check out our app Mark the Spot! This will allow you to report where you are having network issues, directly to our network team. They will then know which area needs network improvements!
