How do I improve my poor signal?

I’m only getting 1 to 2 bars or no service recently. Zip code is 43202.

Thank you for reaching out to us. There is a tower in your zip code undergoing maintenance but the area appears to be well covered. If you're still having signal issues, power your device down completely for thirty seconds before turning it back on again. This should assist your phone in connecting with a stronger signal. Let us know if this does the trick.

In major metro area in Florida called 3x for troubleshooting only 1-2 bars for specified area was determined something with tower and someone would follow up 12 weeks nothing 1-2 bars still no response
