Poor mobile service in Brambleton, VA

I want to report a major wireless problem in Brambleton, VA.   I understand that Thousands of residents are experiencing severe issues with coverage, many so bad that they are being forced to change providers.  I just read on a neighborhood Facebook page that this has been reported to AT&T by many residents, but no resolution ETA has been provided. Please get this resolved soon. Entire areas of our community, a community that is inhabited largely by IT, telecom and government employees, are complete AT&T dead zones, including major d

roadways, shopping areas, residential neighborhoods and school zones.

Same issue for me in Brambleton also. If I switch to 4G it seems to work but slowly. LTE seems to work on the west side of Olympia closer to the tower in Willowsford right across Evergreen mills. The last time I called they said the tower had a yellow status with no eta on when it will be resolved.

Hi Jason,

This issue is not solved unfortunately.  I have implemented WiFi calling and my calls continue to drop or have poor quality.  Can you please update us on when a new cell tower will cover Brambleton?  I live near the Harris Teeter and the coverage is very poor.

Thank you,

Monique

Coverage near or at town center is horrible, I was told it was network issue but it was resolved. I was able to get some Bill credits in the past. Maybe if everyone calls and ask for one AT&T will do something about it. The closest tower is directly across Evergreen Mills in Willowsford which is not far away.
