For the last 3-4 months we've had a dramatic drop in reception quality on our phones. Calls won't connect and texts won't send. Others text me. It never comes through until hours later. I get voicemails for missed calls that never even rang. I've called in my complaint and was told it would be reported and fixed or they'd call me back. Neither happened. I am beyond ready to take my service and TV service elsewhere

I recommend setting up Wi-Fi Calling on the phone to boost signal strength. Our Device Support Page has a great step-by-step guide on how to set it up on the phone! After choosing your device’s make and model, please go to Tutorials > Calling > Wi-Fi Calling.
