No service

I I'm extremely frustrated with AT&T....I recently switch from Verizion and since we have lost complete cell service 3 times including today. Why does this keep happening....and when we have service it's not that great anyway. Burnet Tx area!

Since you have noticed the services to be lost, have you attempted to reboot your devices? By powering your phones off and back on, this can assist the device to refresh its systems and connections to our network.

 

I would also like to recommend downloading our free application called Mark the Spot. This great feature is provided for our customers to track and pinpoint when and where their services have faltered. This helps our technicians to maintain and improve the network for our customers everywhere!
