Do you have international roaming enabled on your line? You won't get service without it.

Hello, how can I enable it online? I am already abroad. Thank you!
@ernekjan If you have prepaid service, you can't. Prepaid does not work in Europe. If you have postpaid service and you are able to access your account through the MyATT app, add the "international pay per use" feature to your line.

GoPhone does not have service in Europe
