My sister & I both can't get our 4G internet to work when we are home. It works everywhere else.

What is the reception like at your home? Do you live in a somewhat secluded or less-populated area away from a large city or town? I would think that the coverage is just not good enough to retain a reliable connection if you and your sister's mobile Internet works everywhere else but your home.
