My phone has no service
Our power went out during a storm yesterday. The outage was town wide. The phone had 90% power when the lines went down. At that point, when I tried to make a call to let my daughter know that we were OK, the phone said there was no service, but I could make emergency calls. Power to the area was restored this morning, but I still cannot make or receive calls. I went through all the troubleshooting steps to no avail. My husband's phone (same model) also has no service. Any ideas anyone????

Cell tower offline,damage.

Thank you for the quick response. This is likely the problem. It is very unnerving to be completely out of contact with the world.

Not that it helps now, but for the future, do you have the option to enable WiFi calling on your phone?

Unfortunately, the internet was down as well, so this option wasn't available.
