Service loss can be a pain! Not getting text messages or pictures, even worse!  What about your battery life? And your watch?! Check out some of our troubleshooting articles below! We have some great articles below with some helpful answers and tips! Just click on the article that best suits your needs!

If your service just started acting weird, I recommend checking to see if there is an outage in your area. If there is, we normally do not have a time frame of resolution as it is depending on the cause and or damage. Check on an outage and track it now.

My phone says no service even though my bill is paid. It is showing all bars on the signal strength. I can not receive or make calls. I have turned the phone off and back on. Still did not fix it

AT&T's cell service is constantly dropping my calls recently. Super slow internet service. I did not experience this before and it's very annoying. It's been like this for a few months now. When are you (AT&T) going to step it up? We will switch to another carrier if the crapper service continues. We've a customer for 10+ years and pays over $300 in our bills each month.

All of a sudden there is NO service in my house. Been a loyal customer for years and never had this problem. WHAT? How can I find out what to do? If anything?

Use chat and let ATT know.  If you are postpaid, activate Wifi calling on eligible phones.
