Welcome to the Mobile Troubleshooting Hub! Learn how to easily fix most service issues!

Service loss can be a pain! Not getting text messages or pictures, even worse!  What about your battery life? And your watch?! Check out some of our troubleshooting articles below! We have some great articles below with some helpful answers and tips! Just click on the article that best suits your needs!

If your service just started acting weird, I recommend checking to see if there is an outage in your area. If there is, we normally do not have a time frame of resolution as it is depending on the cause and or damage. Check on an outage and track it now.

Did your phone stop working in February? It may not work with our network.

Two months ago my Wife and I switched to new iPhone 7’s

we have had horrible reception, dropped calls text messages that we sent were never received and messages sent to us we didn’t receive either.

Also we used to both have iPhone 5’s and always had rollover data left. Now we burn through data like crazy and our habits haven’t changed. We have all updates and the att rep reset and updated our carrier settings.

Nothing has helped.

What can we do???

thanks

I just got my ZTE blade spark a week ago and am missing a lot of text messages that just say 'downloading', but they never download.  I had a friend text me short msgs and they come in, but any text over 12 lines won't download.  Is there some setting to correct that ?

I left Sprint for the same reason. Lousy service and couldn't receive or send calls from my home. I recently bought a cell booster and omg what a miracle!  My calls are clear as a bell.  No dropped anything and better quality than my landline  Wifi calling won't do it but a cell booster will.

My brothers have Android phones and have AT&t service and they are able to send texts two more than 10 people. I also to have an Android and AT&t service and I cannot. I get an error saying that my provider has a limit. I need to be able to send text to more than 10 people as I need it for my job.

Samsung Galaxy 8.  I can't retrieve messages on voice mail. After I enter my password I get a recording that says "service not available".  This just started happening 2 days ago.
