Hi @Maford628!
Thank you for joining us in the Community Forums! I regret to hear you are experiencing low signal. We never like to learn our patrons are having service issues in their area.
By turning off LTE to gain better signal, this to me sounds like you may be residing in a low LTE or HD voice area. When the nearest tower is focusing on lower frequency signals in the surrounding area, it may pull away from the LTE signal.
I would recommend downloading our Mark the Spot application. This free app can be found in your app store. What’s wonderful about this app is it signifies to our technicians any towers which may need maintenance or updates.
If you continue to experience service problems, I also suggest running your phone through our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Select your make and model phone, then click on Calling to get started.
I hope this is found to be advantageous. Have an awesome day!
