I have bars but can't make calls me r texts or receive them
My phone says it t has service but i can't make any calls or texts or receive any how do I fix this problem?

I see we have some issues with your phone services. I would be more than happy to assist you with this today.
With all services issues, the first step in resolving any device issue is to power the phone off and then back on. Once it is back on, please test to see if you are able to make a phone call out.
If you believe this to be a service outage, we have the AT&T Mark the Spot app. This app allows you to alert our field techs about possible downed towers which can be affecting a large span of users.
