Our resources show no service interruption in your area. We recommend to try resolving your experience by resetting your device's network settings. Follow these instructions if your device is Apple or perform the following steps if Android is your mobile operating system:
From the Home screen, navigate to Settings > Backup and reset.
Select Reset network settings.
Select RESET SETTINGS.
If prompted, enter the PIN, password, fingerprint or pattern then tap RESET SETTINGS again to confirm.
Additionally, if the issue persists despite the first step, feel free to report your experience and receive network updates by downloading our Mark The Spot app. Also, you're more than welcome to use Wi-Fi calling to call and/or text.
