I am having Terrible cell service all of a sudden while at home this last week. I used to have full bars at home and now I am lucky if if have 1 bar. Calls are constantly dropping and everything is SO slow! Zip code is 63011
Thank you for your post. While there is one tower in your zip code currently undergoing maintenance, the area is well covered by the network. If you haven't yet, completely power down your device for thirty seconds before turning it back on again. This should force the device to connect to a stronger, fresh signal. You can directly report dropped calls and connectivity issues via the AT&T Mark the Spot app. The app can also keep you informed on known service issues and upcoming wireless infrastructure improvements.
