Help us!

We have a business and have Comcast. People that call in from an ATT@T server get a message that you can not make this call at this time. It makes it sound like this is a non working number. A busy signal would be better. Comcast informed us it's on ATT@T's end. This is disturbing as we got a bad review saying out phone didn't work. Come on ATt@T!

@dmcallister This is a customer to customer forum, not customer support. No one here can help you and since you are not an ATT customer, I doubt customer support can help you either. Whatever it is, it is a technical issue. Even if it is an ATT issue, your provider should be working it directly with ATT. Them not offering that makes me suspect the issue could well be on the Comcast side. Them not helping you sounds to me like classic finger pointing.
