GoPhone has no connection abroad
Hi all,
I've moved from the US to Europe and changed my post-pay to a pre-pay (GoPhone) contract. Now I'm in Europe (Switzerland), but my phone won't connect to any of the carriers, so I can't make/receive any calls...
How can this be fixed? I need to be available on my US number!!

Unfortunately this is not something that can be fixed. Go Phone's only support roaming in Canada and Mexico, there is no way to make a Go Phone work anywhere else.
I apologize for any inconvenience. You might be able to use an online phone service (like Google Voice for example) for your needs in Switzerland.
