I'm using at&t prepaid plan.
Does the prepaid plan support international roaming directly??
If not, is there any way I can use??

No it does not. The $60 plan can be used in Mexico and Canada and Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands are domestic.
Your option is to travel with a carrier unlocked phone and use SIM cards where you visit.
