Degraded service in my neighborhood

Was told by a representative that the closest tower to my home address is degraded. They said it would be fixed by June 9th at 11:28 EST. It's been 24 hours since and the degraded service has not gotten any better. Missing calls and texts that do not come through or come very delayed and all at once. It's been like this for over a week now. Frustrating. Seems like ATT has a habit of leaving towers degraded and not caring about maintenance at all. Who cares when it only affects a few, right? What a joke.
