Constant Dropped Calls

I have been experiencing dropped calls for about the last 1-2 weeks, I’ve tried to call AT&T customer service but the call kept dropping while I tried to call them.  I am in the 75206 zip code.

Hello @cinephile, allow us to lend a helping hand. We recommend using WIFI calling whenever you're experiencing intermittent service. We also recommend using the Mark the spot app, which will allow us to know where network improvements are needed.

Also check out this forums post on Dropped calls and Connectivity issues, it contains some great tips for optimizing your service. Thanks for reaching out to us.

I'm experiencing the same thing, I am in the 76207 zipcode.  Calls take forever to connect and then I can hear the other person but they can't hear me and then the call fails.

WiFi calling is the solution when I am paying $$$$ for ATT to provide cell service? Sorry that is not a solution. If you gave me $1 for every call I have to make over the WiFi network (which I have to pay for with my cable company) I would actually make money every month. Yes, it is that bad. Shame on you ATT for offering that as a solution for the lack of ATT customer service.

Every call I make or receive, without exception gets dropped. I have been using Wifi calling for at least a month and it doesn't help. I seriously regret upgrading to the iphone XR.

When I call customer service, they just try to sell me products and services that I don't want.

I've been with AT&T since 2001, but I plan to switch carriers ASAP.
