Cell Tower Outage?
Hello, I live in the 60048 area, and it seems that cell service has been limited/unavailable today. Have been unable to send messages and make and receive phone calls, as well as receive voicemail. Has been ongoing with several phones since this morning. Can you confirm if there is an issue with the cellular service in the area? If so, what is causing the issue, and when might it be resolved? Thanks!

I'd recommend using the chat feature on att.com to speak with customer care and see if there's an outage. You can also check for outages here:
