Hello, I am living in the United States and I have a mexican plan that I wan to cancell.The plan has expired a couple a year ago but I still am being charged for that. I don`t have the phone anymore, It was broken a couple of months ago, that means I dont have the sim and be able to use it in another phone for making the cancellation. I have called to *611 from my USA phone but after several attemps I could not make the cancellation from it.
You need to call the Mexican carrier directly to cancel, even if the carrier is ATT. ATT Mexico is not the same as ATT in the US.
