For the past 6 months AT&T signal and data have become veey slow. I cant get more than 2 bars of signal any more and the internet speed is ridiculous it's extremely slow.

We have a great app you could benefit from; called Mark the Spot. Mark the Spot is an application that provides our customers a mean to provide feedback on their network-user experience to us. We utilize this information to better target network optimization and enhancements. Problems are then clustered together to highlight areas for investigation.
Also, we do have WiFi calling available, which I’d be happy to help you set up on your phone if you have internet in your home. Please view our Device Support Page and enter the make and model of your device for the steps.
