AT&T is horrible

I do not like ATT. I’ve called so many times that i feel they actually avoid my calls. I lose more calls per day than I successfully receive. When I call customer service about it - I receive the same tired “I’m sorry, but...” I was actually told today that the issues may be my fault. How in the heck can I cause a call to be dropped?  

 

I want to leace but they will will not let me out of my contract. July 2019 & I’m gone.

You don’t have a contract.  You do have to pay for the rest of your phone.   You can sell your phone if it can’t be used on your new carrier and use it to pay off your bill.

Calling customer service can not resolve a coverage problem, it takes years to put up a new tower.  While ATT isn’t working for you, it does for many.
