Can anyone asisst with letting me know what specific frequencies and channels AT&T uses in the Kansas City area. Looking for 850, 1900, and 700 LTE.

ATT has no real way to tell what LTE bands are being used in what area.

LTE 700 and 1900 or bands 2 and 17.
I believe 2G/3G/non-LTE 4G is on 850 or Band 5.
Outlying areas such as Chillicothe and Mound City have LTE on Band 5 as the spectrum is more limited in those areas.
Source: Live 2 hrs east of KC and use my phone in the greater KC area a few times a year.
