prepaid SIM card
My SIM card just stopped working today. It says sim improvised.. i Tried my girls sim to make sure it wasn’t just the SIM card reader itself but hers worked so I know it my sim.how can I get a replacement

You should contact customer service via 611 - you may need to call them from your daughter's phone and see if they can reprovision the sim and phone. If they can't they should be able to get you a sim or tell you how to get one quickly. It may be that the card stopped working or something else, you may want to log into your online account to make sure there has been no use on the phone lines.
