facebook notifications

I have the AT&T Go phone Z222. It sends me facebook notifications all the time. This burns up my data useage. How can I make it stop sending me facebook notifications ?

Go on your Facebook account on a computer 

go to account settings, notifications. And turn off mobile notifications to your cell phone.
