Lost SIM card

Hi! I was travelling out of USA and changed my american prepaid sim card for the local one. And now I realized that I lost my american one. Is that possible to order a new one with the same number and voicemail box? If yes, please, advise how to do that. Thanks!

Good morning @Lidiia!

I am sorry to hear your SIM card is lost. I can definitely understand wanting to know how to replace it, and I am glad you reached out to us for assistance!

The good news is you can obtain a new SIM card replacement visiting any local AT&T store and activate it without losing your phone number.

As far is the voicemail, this excellent article provides step-by-step instructions on how to set up your new voicemail or transfer an existing one to your new SIM card.

I hope you find this information helpful! Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you for your time and have an excellent weekend!
