Can I take a iPhone 6 + AT&T phone and make it a prepaid AT&T phone if I buy the Sim kit the prepaid mobile one and load the minutes on it will it work and it's both AT&T SIM cards

Yes, you can use any ATT compatible phone on prepaid. What do you mean by “both ATT SIM cards”? If you are wanting to transfer a number from one SIM card to another, you need to contact ATT. They must activate the new SIM card with that number.
