Detailed call logs

I can't seem to find a straight answer to this question (my google-fu has failed me 🙂 ).

What I'm looking for is the ability to get a detailed call list every month.  What that means is all outgoing/incoming calls along with the length of the call.  When I asked if the GoPhone $45/month plan can do this at the AT&T store, they told me none of the gophone plans can do this.  Googling for information has gotten me mixed answers.  Can this be done?

Hey @Ice-Man,

Excellent question! I have two daughters so I can definitely see the importance of seeing a detailed call log every month. It will be my honor to share some details about this.

You can check your usage on a GoPhone by logging in on this site. If you have not logged into this before the user name is your ten digit phone number and the password will be the last 4 digits of the number. You will be able to view the history 30 days at a time, and can convert it into a PDF. file.

Just in case the link goes bad this is an e-article about the subject.

I hope this helps!

@Tlc913 The above is for prepaid only. If you are on a "regular" or postpaid plan, your call, text and data logs are on your online account. Login into MyATT or the MyATT app and go to the usage section.
