How do I cancel my account when it's on automatic renewal?
I need to cancel my Gophone but it is on automatic renewal. The phone is broken and I can't get the pass word or reset the password because it just texts it to the broken phone. I don't want any more charges coming out for a phone I can't use.

You will have to log into your account (via a computer or tablet) to deactivate the autopay and to make changes to your
account. https://www.paygonline.com/websc/loginPage.html
If you don't know your password, you will have to call GoPhone customer service
Mon - Fri, 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.,
Sat and Sun, 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Pop the SIM in a Friend's AT&T or GoPhone phone and get the code sent to you and then pop it back out...
