I know that only Basic/Messaging Phones can use the Pay Per Use rate of 1¢ / 5 KB. Are there any plans to bring this feature to smartphones?

The answer if no.
The per minute plan is basic phones only..
the $2 per day plan can add data and use a smartphone.

@lizdance40 Can't they put smartphones on the GoPhone plan and use this rate?
(I know we talked about something similar in the past)
