View audio specifications in AT&T Collaborate

I’m in charge of our AT&T Collaborate account and saw some literature that said that we could customize the message that plays when customers call in. Where do I need to go to do that?

The AT&T Collaborate system includes the ability to use audio files for use as messages, announcements, and greetings. The audio files should be in WAV format, less than 5MB, etc. Please see our tutorial “About audio files with AT&T Collaborate” for more information on file specification, adding audio files, and more. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
