Reset your PIN in AT&T Collaborate
I’m trying to access my voicemail in AT&T Collaborate, but I’m not able to access it. I can’t remember the pin number that I set up when they had me set up my account. Is there a way to reset it?

Yes, the AT&T Collaborate system allows you to reset your PIN number. To rest your PIN click on “Features” in the menu to the left of the homepage. Look for the “Voicemail” section and click the “Edit” icon. The Manage messages page displays and you can click on “Reset PIN”.
