Manage the Call Recording settings in AT&T Collaborate™

We recently started a new sales team, and I need to set them up in AT&T Collaborate™. I want to be sure that we maintain a good quality of service. Does anyone know if there is a way to have their calls recorded so I can review them?

Yes, AT&T Collaborate™ allows you to record calls in bulk. To configure multiple users at once, click on “Bulk management” in the menu on the left side of the homepage. Click on “Manage Features” and then on “Type of change”. Select “Assign features, and then check “Call Recording”.
