Manage a user profile in AT&T Collaborate

We recently restructured some of our positions within our company, and I need to update their information in AT&T Collaborate. Where do I go to do that?

The edit an AT&T Collaborate user profile click on “Manage users” in the menu on the left side of the homepage. Click on “Manage profile” on the user that you would like to update. The user’s current information displays and you can modify them as needed. See our tutorial “Manage a user profile with AT&T Collaborate – Enhanced Mobile” for step-by-step instructions.
