Create an answer confirmation message in AT&T Collaborate

I’m new to AT&T Collaborate, and I wanted to see what information was available on managing the call-in features. For example, I would like to configure my account so that the caller is presented information on my office hours and alternate methods of contacting me. Where do I need to go to set this up?

You can use the “Answer Confirmation Settings” option in AT&T Collaborate to configure a message to play for callers. To assign a message, navigate to the Administration section and click on “Answer Confirmation Settings and then click on “Custom Announcement”.
