I was asked to change my box from AT&T password. I don’t think I ever have needed to change it, so I’m looking for information on how to update it. Does anyone know where I need to go in the system to do so?

Once logged in, click on the profile icon at the top right of the homepage. Click on “Account Settings” in the menu that populates. Your account profile displays and you can scroll down the page to the “Authentication” section. Click on the “Change Password” link. Take a look at our tutorial “Change your Box from AT&T password in the Box from AT&T web portal” for step-by-step instructions.
