Setting up keywords in AT&T Landline Texting

I was told that the AT&T Landline Texting system could automatically send messages to our customers if they text a keyword. How do I set that up?

To set up a keyword in AT&T Landline Texting click on “Keywords Off” at the top right side of the home page. Click “On” and use the fields to enter the keyword and the message that will be sent to the customer.
